The Republican State Academic Korean Theater of the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrates 90 years in 2022.

Our theater is a unique creative organism, a home to the fifth generation of national artists and theater staff.

Throughout its history, the theater has been the cultural center of the Koreans of Kazakhstan, being an ethno-cultural phenomenon that was developed as a result of a certain historical process. Our performances are nothing but a reflection of the ethno-cultural policy of our state. We are all people of one country and we all have a common destiny, a common promising future and a common New Kazakhstan.

That is why the Kazakh theater world speaks different languages, and the Korean Theater is one of the tangible and visible results of a wise and balanced state policy in the field of culture in preserving its diversity.
