In the period from September 17 to 21, 2018, our city hosts the XXVI Republican Festival of Kazakh Theaters in honor of the 80th anniversary of the People’s Artist R. Seitmetov and the 20th anniversary of the capital.
On September 18, within the framework of this festival, our theater presented to the jury and the audience the performance-epos “Poem of Love” staged by director Dina Zhumabayeva based on the work of G. Musrepov “Kozy Korpesh – Bayan Sulu”. The performance was highly appreciated by the jury experts. An interesting scenographic solution, non-standard directorial moves and creative finds of the artists were especially emphasized.
