Today, October 24 at 16.00, the opening of the 89th theater season took place! The team of the State Republican Academic Korean Theater presented the audience with a philosophical parable “If I am called a man”, based on the works of Abai Kunanbaev. The performance is dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh poet and thinker.
Kim Dina Annual Theater Award, established by the Association of Koreans of Kazakhstan, was awarded to the theater artist Sergey Kim and a scholarship from the scientific and technical society “Kakhak” was awarded to the theater artist Enlik Ashimova.
The opening of the 89th theater season was held in compliance with all sanitary standards and social distancing. Thanks to everyone who was with us today!
