On March 27, on the International Theater Day, the awarding of the winners of the national theater award “Sakhnager – 2018” was held. The solemn award ceremony took place in Almaty on the stage of the State Academic Russian Drama Theater. M.Yu. Lermontov.
The Kazakhstan National Theater Award “Sakhnager” was established by the Association of Theaters of Kazakhstan in 2017 with the support of the National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. The award contributes to the preservation and strengthening of theatrical traditions and is awarded for creative achievements in theatrical art.
This year, the winners of the award were the actresses of the State Republican Academic Korean Theater of Musical Comedy Antonina Pyak in the nomination for “Uzdik Actress – Best Actress” and Natalia Lee in the nomination for “Umit – Hope”. The highlight of the solemn ceremony was the drum show of the Korean Theatre, which was greeted with enthusiasm by colleagues in the theater workshop.
