Today, at 7:00 pm the performance of the plastic-drama play “Embrace of Kumiho”, based on the ancient Korean legend of the nine-tailed fox took place on the stage of our theatre.
This unique production combines elements of physical and puppet theater, drama and the performance of the traditional Korean drums, immersing the audience in a mystical story of love, betrayal and redemption.
The distinctive feature of this performance is the use of two languages: korean and kazakh languages, which emphasizes the cultural diversity of our country and the theater’s desire to preserve national traditions in a contemporary context.
The play “Embrace of Kumiho” is flying to the Republic of Korea to be presented on the stage of the Palace of Culture of the Yangcheon Cultural Foundation Palace in Seoul!
Wish us a good and safe journey, and to perform with ease!
Thank you to everyone who was with us this evening!
