On March 2, at the Center for Education at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, the Almaty public association “Descendants of the fighters for the independence of Korea “Doknip” held a solemn event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the March 1 uprising.
The creative staff of the State Republican Academic Korean Theater of Musical Comedy performed for the guests – vocalists Zoya Kim (Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Sergey Kim, Vitaly Lee, Oleg Yun, Angelina Yugay, Maya Lee, Tolegen Rakhymbaev, artists of the ballet and drama troupe, as well as folklore-ethnographic musicians group “Samulnori”.
The theatrical performance consisted of a grandiose drum show, bright choreographic numbers and touching Korean songs.
