From October 12 to 14, 2018, the 17th Korean Traditional Art Festival was held at Hemi Fortress (해미읍성), which was built 600 years ago near the city of Seosan (서산시).
At the invitation of the Seosan Cultural Center, our theater’s Samulnori group performed for three days at this delightful event.
Hyemi Fortress Korean Traditional Arts Festival is one of the largest cultural arts festivals in South Chungcheong Province (충청남도), with about 25,000 to 30,000 people attending each year.
